- For item available in stock, your order is put under RESERVATION. Please made payment within 24 hours once received invoice. After the peiod end, we'll let go the reserve.
- For the time being, only Maybank2U, Amonline or ATM/CDM Transfer accepted for online payment. Please take note, to avoid fraud, your payment transaction slip or auto-generated email from bank is COMPULSORY.
- Please fill in the recipient email: sweetsistasboutique@gmail.com when you transfer online payment. Without this details, your order will NOT BE PROCESSED. We do not accept reference number as we can't track your payment using this only detail.
- Items bought are not refundable or exchangeable EXCEPT if a delivered item defected. We noted evidence of defect via photo then you must notify us by email sweetsistasboutique@gmail.com ASAP upon receiving your parcel. The item must also be returned to us within 7 days from delivery; in a perfect, unused, tagged unworn and original shape. We then will replace the item if available and refund if possible. If we receive an item for an exchange or return that we do not feel meet our hygiene and health criteria, we reserve the right to refuse these items. We are not responsible for manufacturing defects or damage caused by customer error. Our full liability is limited to exchanging the item if the manufacturer says the item is defective.
- Within 5 day, if you still not receive the parcel, do contact us ASAP via email. However, if it is possible that just before shipping, we discover that item is faulty and cannot be send, so we will refund your money or you can hold until it becomes available.
